A Rainbow in Baguio

This picture was taken from our room here in Manor after the rain on the afternoon when we arrived. I can't remember the last time I saw a rainbow before this so it was really a sight to behold. Rainbows remind me of a lot of things and since this week is supposedly "holy", let us remind ourselves of the biblical significance of the first rainbow that appeared over earth. God's promise to Noah. “Never again will I destroy the world with a flood. I make this covenant with you and with all creatures. Proud Parents!

Our eldest, Monty, finished on top of her class the past school year. No, it is not because of the milk ("Enfa" series), it must be the genes! As seen in the picture above, we felt extremely proud. Considering that the standards of the school is not that easy, it was indeed a feat to finish first in class. Reminiscent of my younger years. As a treat, we are now here in Baguio, billeted at the posh Manor hotel, for a vacation. This is the first for both Monty and Sam. So far, they're enjoying it!
